Ram Kumari Magar from Nuwakot, Nepal

Ram Kumari Magar is 50 years old and has been working since 1995 here. She is originally from Trishuli, Nuwkot. She used to weave Dhaka textiles but now she cant weave because of her poor eyesight and she now spins the thread here at New SADLE and this is what keeps her busy during work hours. She loves vegetables and dislikes alcohol as she thinks it will ruin a person. She used to work at a thread spinning factory in Bhaktapur before she came here. She likes the working conditions and the benefits that the workers get here in this organization.

Urmila Bajracharya from Lalitpur, Nepal

Urmila Bajracharya is a resident of Patan, Kathmandu. She is 46 years of age and she has been working on and off for this organization. It has been 5 years that she has been continuously working here. She works as a tailor here. She wants to learn more skills and techniques of tailoring and wants to give the knowledge that she has to others as well. She dislikes people who backbite and likes to chat with her group of friends. She like the flexibility of New SADLE and she can work part-time as well when she has other priorities at her home.
