She didn't have the opportunity to go to school so she works really hard to send her younger brother to school and also helps with the household expenses. She has been working here for 4 years and really likes working here as she feels safe and supported. She got the initial training here itself.
Manju Nepal is from Okhaldhunga. She came to Kathmandu when she got married. She has an education till high school. She was getting training in stitching and her friends recommended her to work here and since 2012 she has been working here. She has the flexibility here at work as she is raising her child. By working here she has helped her family to with expenses.

Anita Shrestha is originally from Chitwan and moved to Kathmandu because her husband worked here. She has been working here for 10 years now and she feels that the job over here is more secure rather than her previous job, she worked as a receptionist in an office.
Banti Shahi is from Birgunj and came to Kathmandu after she got married. She used to work as a money collector for a finance company. She was introduced to this organization by her sister in law 7 years ago and was glad that she is worked here. She loves the fun environment here and she feels safe and proud that she can provide for her family. She is very happy that with the income from here she can send her children to a better school.
