Parbati Lama is from Kakani, a small town in Nuwakot. She has been working here for 15 years and likes the stability of this organization. She came initially to Kathmandu look for a job and when she found a stable job, she stayed back. Working here has helped her financially, putting her kids through school and also a support system too. She didn't have the privilege to go to a school when she was small and want her kids to go to school and have better opportunities than she has had.
